Step 1) How to sign up |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
As a buyer, you will need to enter in basic information and verify your identity. |
|
| |
- Go to Local Dirt Sign Up and choose "Farmer Market Buyer".
- Enter in your information, chosing a "User ID" you will use to log in.
- Check your email for your activation code. You will use this code the first time you log in.

Step 2) How to find markets |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
Finding a market: Markets are searched by state. Click on the state you wish to search. Click on the market you wish to see. |

Finding products: |
|
| |
- To see all products in a market, click on "search" leaving the product blank.
- To search for a specific product, enter in the product name (like "veggie" or "tomato") and click "search".
- To search a vendor, click on "show products" after the vendor name.

Step 3) How to order products |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
You must be signed in to order products. |
|
| |
- Chose the products and amounts you wish to order
- Your basket will apear on the left. Click "order" when you are finished selecting products
- Chose the date for pickup
- Pickup your order on the date specified at the vendor's table

- Go to Local Dirt Sign Up and choose "Farmer Market Seller".
- Enter in your information, chosing a "User ID" you will use to log in.
- Check your email for your activation code. You will use this code the first time you log in.

Step 2) How to create your profile |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
- After signing in, click "bio" on the left side
- Begin creating your bio by clicking on "here"
- Enter in your information and upload your photos
|
|
|

Step 3) How to join a market |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
Your market manager must first register and create a market password prior before you are able to sign up. Ask your market manager for the market password. You are able to join as many markets as you wish. |

- After signing in, click on "markets" on the left side
- Enter in the market password
|
|
|

Step 4) How to enter a product |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
- After signing in, click on "products" on the left side
- Click "add a new product"
- Enter in all required (*) fields and click "save new product"

- Enter in your information, chosing a "User ID" you will use to log in.

Step 2) How to set up a market |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
You will need to log in with your activation code before you can create your market. |
|
| |
- After signing in, click "Manage Farmer Markets" on the left side.
- Click on "create a market now".
- Fill in the market information and click "create".

Step 3) How to open your market |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
You are able to set date parameters for your market. This allows the market schedule to change as the seasons change. |
|

- After signing in, click "operating schedule" ont he left side.
- Click "add a new schedule".
- Enter in the dates and times your market is open and click "add new schedule".

Step 4) How to add vendors to your market |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
Each vendor will need to create and manage their own account. They must use the market password that you created. |
